Welsh Conference is the governing body of the Welsh Liberal Democrats, and is open to all members. It meets twice a year and decides on Party policies, elects party officers, including the Welsh Executive which meets monthly, and is responsible for the daytoday running of the party in between conferences. Every member of the Welsh Liberal Democrats is also a member of one of the Welsh constituency associations, which are organised along single or groups of Westminster constituency boundaries. All associations have a local executive and send voting delegates to Welsh and Federal Party Conference. Associations are also organised into Assembly Electoral Region Committees AERCs, which match the list regions of the National Assembly for Wales.
